Ideal for use on open fires, wood burning stoves and more, our bags of kiln dried logs are simply firewood that has been placed in a kiln or other source of heat in order to remove the vast majority of trapped moisture. We carry out this process ourselves using our own on-site facilities, in order to ensure that our quality control guidelines are upheld to the letter.
Kiln Dried Logs Advantages
Kiln dried logs have a number of advantages over other sources of firewood – they are easier to light, burn much more efficiently and at higher temperatures, and ultimately produce more heat per log. In addition, you can expect a clean burn from our kiln dried logs that release far fewer long term problems normally associated with stoves and residues.
